Ariela, Business Manager
Ariela Harris is an instrumental part of all three dental office stories. She has been a major part of the three practices: Barnstable, Hyannis, and Centerville (in 2019, 2021, and 2022 respectively) with her husband, Dr. Todd Harris. In her role as business manager, Ariela puts her 25+ years of experience in management and human resources with several large companies into practice in identifying areas for the whole team to grow together, from patient coordinators to hygienists and assistants. What she loves most about the practices is the community-oriented approach and determination from the entire staff to ensure the standard of care delivered is of the highest quality.
Ariela and Dr. Harris have one daughter, Effie, and they live in Barnstable, where Effie attends The Riverview School. Ariela and Dr. Harris are huge supporters of this important place where students are given the tools to thrive. In her free time, Ariela likes to kick back with the family at home, cook, and garden. Originally from Toronto, Ontario, Ariela loves to visit Canada as much as she can with her husband and daughter.

Hillary, Office Manager
Hillary started in the dental field when she was 13 years old, working for an oral surgeon filing away charts. Her mother was the financial coordinator there. She was able to watch how her mother worked and was amazed. Before Hillary knew it, she was allowed to sit in during surgeries, and at that moment, she fell in love with dentistry.
Working her way up little by little and continued to learn so much through everyone. Hillary is still learning and still amazed at everything, especially how far technology has come. Dentistry has always been her passion, and she strives to help our patients in any way possible.
Hillary’s favorite motto is to tell patients, “I woke up today, which makes it an amazing day since I cannot be promised there, will be a tomorrow. So, I will make the best out of this day, and every day I get to have.” She believes if everyone keeps putting out positive vibes as much as possible, positive things will come back for you. Life is too short to stress about the little things. It takes more energy and muscles to frown than to smile and be happy. And we are dedicated to your comfort and your smile.
